I'll be honest and say that Valentine's Day is a holiday I really like. It gets a bad rap most of the time, because some people think it's only for people you are madly in love with (and therefore you're excluded from the whole thing if you don't have someone), but I feel like it's perfectly OK to share a little Valentine's Day love with anyone you happen to meet. And it's a great excuse to share and indulge in one of my favorite things: Chocolate!
